Many of your patients do not search in English. They type "dentista que hable español cerca de mí." Or "clínica de estética que hable español cerca de mí." Or "clínica de pérdida de peso que hable español."
That is a full question. It asks for a clinic, a service, a language, and a place. If the only page you have is an English homepage, you did not answer it.
Translation is not the same as an answer
A button that says Español, sitting on English copy, is not a Spanish page. Patients can tell. So can the tools that summarize the web. A useful Spanish page names the treatment, says what the visit is like, and uses the words patients already type.
Review replies belong in both languages too. If someone writes in Spanish and the reply comes back in English only, the clinic looks like it can advertise in Spanish and not talk.
Where this shows up
We see it in dental clinics and med spas first, because the Spanish phrasing is so direct. It is just as real for hormone therapy and weight loss. "Clínica de hormonas que hable español cerca de mí" is a trust question. The page has to sound like your clinic, not like a dictionary.
Found & Chosen builds those pages in English and Spanish. Chosen includes 5 treatment pages plus FAQ. Preferred includes 10. On Preferred, a bilingual English and Spanish agent follows up, books, and watches the inbox during business hours. We do not promise coverage outside business hours.
What you can check this week
Search your top Spanish question in ChatGPT and in Google. If your name is missing, that is the baseline. Then look at your Google reviews and see which language you answer in.
The fix is ordinary work, done in both languages, with a monthly report. See the packages. When you want the Spanish questions run live, book a free call.
